For all Virtual Classes and Groups:

Login information for your virtual class will be emailed to you 24-48 hours prior to your class. If you do not see the login information in your email, please call our office at 978-816-2217.

For Childbirth Education Class:

  • Please have the following handy for your class:
    • Something to lie on (blanket, beach towel, or exercise mat)
    • Two bed pillows
    • Snacks and drinks

For Prenatal Breastfeeding Class:

  • Please have a doll or stuffed animal with you during class to practice positioning. 

For Baby Care and More Class:

  • Please have a doll or stuffed animal with you during class to practice diapering and swaddling.
