By registering for a class, participants acknowledge full understanding and agreement with the cancellation/refund policy as outlined below.
Full refunds will be granted for the following: (1) your baby is born prior to attending a class or completing a class series, (2) you or your partner are not feeling well and are instructed by the Parent Education Department to stay home, or (3) class is cancelled by the Parent Education Department and not able to be rescheduled.
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of the class for any reason not listed above.
The Parent Education Department is not responsible for participants’ no shows or missed classes. A make up class is not guaranteed and may be granted pending space availability.
