Childbirth Prenatal Education Class – (May 2023 – Wednesday evening series)

Just as the title suggests this class will prepare one for birth. Topics include signs and stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, breathing techniques, medication and anesthesia and much more. This class will be offered four consecutive Wednesday’s in May (5/3, 5/10, 5/17 and 5/24) from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
