Childbirth Prenatal Education Class -(July 2024 – Wednesday evening series)

Just as the title suggests this class will prepare one for birth. Topics include signs and stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, breathing techniques, medication and anesthesia and much more. This class will be offered four consecutive Wednesday’s in July (7/10, 7/17, 7/24 and 7/31)) from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
Pair this class with our breastfeeding and baby care classes and receive a complimentary ticket to Bootcamp for Birth Support plus a $25 refund.
